Korea Brickparty 2025 Participation Application Guide

① Participation Application:
1) Individuals or groups (LUGs, clubs) can apply for participation.
2) When applying as an individual, your nickname will be displayed on the name tag. When applying as a group, the group name will be included on the name tag.
3) Application period and method:
- Application Period: March 22, 2025 (Saturday) – April 12, 2025 (Saturday)
- How to Apply: Applications can be submitted through the Korea Brickparty website.
4) If the number of applicants exceeds the limit, online applications may close early.

② Exhibition Setup and Dismantling:
1) Setup Schedule:
- August 22, 2025 (Friday) 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- August 23, 2025 (Saturday) 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
2) Dismantling Schedule:
- August 24, 2025 (Sunday) 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
3) Participants must set up and dismantle their exhibits themselves. The organizers will not handle these tasks.
The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage caused during setup or dismantling by a proxy.
4) To prevent loss or damage to exhibits during the event, we strongly recommend that you stay near your display whenever possible.

③ Eligible Exhibition Categories:
1) LEGO®-based individual and collaborative creations / Dioramas
2) LEGO® collections (official sets allowed)
3) LEGO®-based custom products
4) Any LEGO®-related categories
5) Non-official LEGO® parts (such as train tracks with different curvature radii) are allowed

④ Ineligible Exhibition Categories:
1) Non-LEGO brick products
2) Unlicensed reproductions of other creators' works
3) Exhibits deemed inappropriate for public display

⑤ Participation Application & Fees:
1) Standard Table (1,800 x 450mm): 30,000 KRW per table. Each table includes 2 chairs and a tablecloth.
2) Large Table (2,400 x 1,200mm): 80,000 KRW per table.
3) Product, Brand Promotion & Sales Table: 100,000 KRW per table.
4) Table Limits: Individual participants - 2 tables. / Group participants - 4 tables.
5) Large tables may be requested up to a maximum of 2 per participant.
6) For each exhibition table, up to 2 participants will receive name tags and commemorative gifts.
7) Please check the table sizes carefully before applying.

⑥ Participation Fee Payment:
Overseas participants can pay the participation fee and collect their name tags and commemorative gifts at the participant information desk inside the venue on August 22 or 23.
