Korea Brickparty looks forward to showcasing the creativity and high-quality work of AFOL builders and LEGO® fans from Korea and around the world.

Before registering, please carefully review the following participation guidelines and operational policies.

① Event Schedule
- Setup Date: Friday, July 31, 2026 (scheduled from 2:00 PM)
- Event Dates: Saturday, August 1 – Sunday, August 2, 2026
※ Detailed setup and teardown schedules will be provided separately to confirmed participants.

② Registration Period & Approval Process
- Registration Period: May 30, 2026, 10:00 AM – June 14, 2026, 10:00 PM (GMT+9)
- How to Apply: Online registration through the official Korea Brickparty website
- Approval Notification: Approval emails will be sent sequentially after the registration review process is completed
[Important Notice]
- Registration is not confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All applications will be reviewed comprehensively based on participant eligibility, compliance with event policies, and suitability of submitted content.
- Final approval will be granted only to selected applicants, who will receive separate confirmation.

③ Participation Fees & Payment Information
[Participation Fee Categories]
- Individual Participants: Table fee + Companion registration fee (if applicable)
- Group/RLUG Leaders: Group table fee + Registered companion fee
- Group Participants: Participation fees must be paid through the designated group leader according to internal group policies
- Companion Registration Fee: KRW 10,000 per person
[Table Fees]
- Standard Table (1,800×450): KRW 30,000
- Large Table (1,600×1,200): KRW 80,000
[Payment Information]
※ Detailed payment instructions and fee information will be provided separately via email after final approval.
※ Please carefully review all payment instructions provided.
※ Overseas participants may pay their table fees directly at the event venue.

④ Exhibition Space & Layout
- Exhibition tables and space assignments will be finalized by the KBP Office.
- An official floor plan will be shared after participant approval is completed.
- Large-scale layouts, special exhibitions, and additional space requests may be reviewed separately.

⑤ Eligible Exhibits
- Original individual or collaborative creations using official LEGO® bricks
- LEGO® collections and official product displays
- LEGO®-related custom creations
- LEGO® fan culture-related exhibition content

⑥ Restricted Exhibits
The following are not permitted:
- Unofficial compatible bricks or third-party block products
- Unauthorized copies of another creator’s work
- Content deemed inappropriate for a public event environment
※ Violations of exhibition policies may result in application rejection or removal from the event.

⑦ Major Policy Changes for 2026
1. Participant Eligibility
- Individuals born after 2011 may not participate independently.
- Minor participants are only eligible through supervised group participation with a parent, guardian, or designated supervisor.
2. Companion Registration
- Companion registration is only available during the initial registration process.
- Changes or additions after submission will not be permitted.
3. Companion Fees
- Companion fee: KRW 10,000 per person
- Companion registration is only available for approved exhibitors.
4. Participation Restrictions
- Participants who seriously violate event policies, registration standards, or operational guidelines may face future participation restrictions.

Korea Brickparty is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and healthy LEGO® fan community environment.
All participants are expected to follow event policies and staff guidance to ensure smooth event operations.
